What are the codes stored in the computer. Loss of power, hard on gas..... close to overheating. The exhaust system may be plugged, maybe the cat. Open the hood. Pull the throttle to about 2500 rpm. Hold it there about 15 seconds. Then pull it wide open. If the cat is plugged, It will throttle up, then bog down. hope this helps.

Shakes really bad is probably cause by a misfiring in one of the cylinders. When you had the head gasket replaced, did you get the cylinder head re-milled flat?
