Sister's friend likes me but doesn't want to risk her friendship with my sis?
I've been flirting with my sister's friend a lot lately. We've been texting, and just the other night we all hung out and me and her stayed up mad late, just chilling and me making her laugh. I wanted to ask her out, but figured I should get my sister's permission.

I think she likes you as a friend and does because you are her friends brother and doesn't want to hurt you or make your family upset.

I don't think having a relationship with your sister's friend will ruin their friendship. In most cases, it's even more favorable for the "friend" to have a boyfriend and a friend who are siblings.
I don't also think that you need permission from your sister, it's more of an "out of respect" thing that you have to inform her that you want to ask her friend out.

Well then you have to respect her. Even though you're willing she ain't. You have to respect her decision and find someone else!!!
