Interview questions?

I'm going for an interview Thursday at bob Evans and at the last place I applied they asked me some really strange questions. Anyways what are some basic questions I'll be asked and I always get stuck on the one where they ask you're weakness, what's a good answer to that, that doesn't make me sound not good for the job.

There are not any set questions and most interviewers are not trained unless they work in Human Resources. Most questions will be about you, your experience and goals. You should be well qualified to discuss those items. Just try to be natural, honest and friendly. Good Luck

The proper for that question is to name a weakness that you have acknowledged and have improved or are improving. For example, I HAD a "my way or the highway" approach to leading my staff UNTIL i realized that there is no leader without followers, so i began to change my leadership style to fit the staff, not change the staff to fit my leadership style.

See what I did? in one one statement i: NAMED my weakness, ACKNOWLEDGED my weakness, and IMPROVED my weakness. Good Luck.
