Is this a good math question/answer?
In school, the question was about two trains. One left Los Angeles, traveling at 100 mph. The other left New York, traveling at 100 mph. Where in the United States would the two trains collide with each other? I answered, neither; both trains derailed because they were traveling too fast. I though it was a good answer. I remember the teacher called me a "smart-aleck jerk." I laughed loud at that one!

Well technically, trains can actually travel up to 150 mph in the US, but they usually don't travel that fast, so you're more than likely right!
Your answer was cheeky and gave me a good laugh :)

Actually, the first train breaks down after a couple of hours. The second train makes it to Chicago, and then turns around.
