How could I receive a violation for a comment that I did not post?

Sorry it happened. I pretty much gave up on this place, but

come back occasionally. Most my questions and answers

are deleted. Funny thing is, 90% of it is restricted to YAP

and the rest left alone except every once in a while I'll have

one in another section deleted.

This person is laughing....but not to the bank. There is no

value to it other than to meet their sinful cravings.

Adeline, your experience is not unique. Hope you read this answer before it is deleted. Would you believe if I tell you that even one of my "Love Sonnets" was reported and deleted for reasons I could not understand.

Even my avatar was for a time deleted by someone, and encrypted some script to prevent me from uploading another. The format of this site fails in visual impact.

Your answer was deleted for a violent threat. The idea of answering a question to "hunt down someone and kill them" isn't a very smart idea, to begin with. All it did was threaten the life of the asker, a very clear violation of the Terms of Service. You could have gotten your Answers account suspended, even your Yahoo ID, on just this violation alone.

doesn't surprise me - there was someone who was getting several violation notices for their answers and even though they were theirs, they weren't even deleted, they were still posted

YA is one of the biggest sites online and it has a ton of glitches and bugs to match it's size

I can't even figure out the violation notice I got last month for a question that was asked two years ago.

Anything can happen with Yahoo, I received a violation notice because I left the answer block blank.

If it was your answer, Officer Teabag, I did think it was funny.
