Sudden loud noises anger me?

I've been looking everywhere and I can't seem to find what it's linked to or what it means. But recently, I've started noticing how sudden loud noises irritate me. Anyone or anything making a loud noise out of the blue, cutting through silence, makes me angry. I just really, really want to know why. If anyone can help, that would be stupendous.

Did your parents have loud arguments when you were little? Growing up in a household where the normal peace is sometimes interrupted by shouting matches between those you love can be very upsetting to a small child. When a parent has a temper sometimes any loud noise will cause them to blow up, so their children learn that loud noises are bad. That's one possible explanation.

You could have a mild form of autism. Most people with Aspergers are mostly normal but have random things like that which irritate them or make them uncomfortable. For example I don't like people touching me.
