I'm 18 and work at Baskin Robbins. If a tan beauty queen walks in and orders something would it be alright to write my # down on her receipt. I don't feel as if I'd get in trouble work-wise and if I do I don't really care; I'm probably gonna work a lot less during school and baseball season.

It's not against the law to do it at your job, but not a whole lot of girls would ever call someone who gave them their number that way.
