I would say around $150. I got a bird on my wrist about the same size you are describing and it only took an hour to do. So about $150

To get an accurate quote, you'd really need to ask the tattoo artist who will be doing your tattoo. The reason for this is, some tattoo artists charge a certain rate per hour (my current artist charged $100 per hour), others charge for the design itself, and others have a combination of both plus charge according to how much color is in the tattoo. The tattoo in the picture looks like it would take about 3 hours and one of my tats is about that size and I paid $300 (charged per hour). Hope I helped!
