While Washington vacillates and keeps talking about sanctions against Russia that have no real teeth?

And Russia holds Nato and Europe hostage with its oil and LNG. supply (since they are the main supply)for the Europeans isn't now the time to approve the Keystone pipeline and give Nato and Europe an alternative to its dependence on Russia and giving real teeth to any economic sanctions that Europe and the US might impose

    Disentangling Russian and European economies would mean a full scale war in the long run.
