Do the police treat you like a victim if your shacking illegals in your house?

When is the last time you seen an  American on the news going to jail for illegals found in their business. What is the charge for hiring illegals? Don't put me in the position to tell these nice people they can't stay. I want Americans fearing harsh jail sentences if they hire illegals even if they say they did not know.

I guess it would be something equivalent of housing fugitives of the law.

I wouldn't take that risk, If I were to face jail time I'd be beyond screwed and my retirement fund would be gone in an instant as I'd be removed from the jobs where I'm liked by my co-workers and bosses.

It's not rational at all to do this. You'd just be enabling their stay.

NEVER and it needs to be changed immediately but will not with Obama in office or a defunct GOP leadership.
