There is no actual way to remove actual physical scratches from a Disc DVD/CD right?
I mean the so called scratched repairs are not actually removing the scratch they are only filling it in. Because you can't replace material that has been removed it's like trying to buff out a paint chip (chip meaning paint has been physcially removed) You can only paint in the chip.
This gentlemen i was talking to insists that his machine actually fixes the physical scratches. What is is machine getting the (plastic CD/DVD Disc Material whatever it is) and putting a Completely new layer
so whether the scratch is light or deep it is only being filled in right. I mean i have seen discs being put into machines and they come out looking the same it just that scratch has been filled in i gotta be right how can you replace physical material that has been removed deep scratch or not. It does not make sense.

If all else fails.. Have you tried inserting the CD.. Start menu, Computer..
Right click CD.. Copy.. Paste it somewhere and then burn another CD.
