Can these be housed together?
I want to know if I could keep a bearded dragon and a steppe runner together? Just don't want to have two cages.

Although they have similar requirements, they shouldn't be. Housing different species together is a bad idea. Eventually the bearded dragon will outgrow the steppe runner and things might end up bad. Some people have fed their bearded dragons house geckos and anoles so I'm sure a steppe runner would end up in the menu. The steppe runner can get stressed out by the bearded dragon and have issues.

They can't be housed together. Although care requirements are similar they will not work together. Reptiles are solitary animals, except a couple of species they do not do well together. The bearded dragon will be much bigger and a steppe runner will be a tasty snack not a cage mate. The bearded dragon may even kill the steppe runner out of being stuck together and food competition before getting hungry and eating him.
