Blonde to white hair?

I have naturally blonde hair (its pretty light) and recently i tried dying it blue but because of all the yellow in my hair, the blue came out looking sort of green-ish. I want to dye my hair white so that when i re-dye it blue, it will come out looking leas turquoise-y. Thing is, i know bleach is really damaging for your hair. Is there any other way to get my hair more white, or better yet prevent the blue dye from coming out greenish? Thanks!:)

Try using a toner or an ash blonde on your hair or use silver shampoo; that works on dyed hair to take out any brassy and yellow tones. It's worth a try? I'd try the silver shampoo first, what I do is put it onto dry hair, wash it out then leave on normal shampoo for a bit to take out the purple. Hope this helps :))
