Chances of playing D3 football with no experience?
So I've never played football for a team in high school and I'm entering senior year. I have always loved the game and play all the time with friends. I know a lot about it. Unfortunately I never really pulled the string and played in high school. I was more focused on track and baseball but I'm not too keen on playing those in college. I'm 5'9 and I've gone from 205lbs to 194lbs this summer trying to drop weight. I was wondering the chances of walking on for a D3 college???

You'll find D3 colleges are not simply a bunch of reject football players. D3 colleges still have lots and lots of former high school all state players.

if u get alittle taller u could play but I mean 5'9 it is really hard to play anything but running back at 5'9 so if u run pretty fast u have a damn good chance to play d3 but d3 is the worst division and I mean its not that fun to know that ur playing with the worst of the worst

I highly encourage you to join your high school football team during this upcoming season. It will still not (yet) be too late for you to start playing football.
Based on your height and weight, I believe that the best fit for you is at outside linebacker. You have the ideal size for a high school senior outside linebacker.
Remember, the best way to prove yourself is through actions, not words. My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this summer is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of being a successful, top notch outside linebacker in high school football, who could go on to play college football.
By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your senior year of high school. If you perform very well in football during this upcoming season, you will greatly improve your chances of walking on, or even getting recruited, to play for a Division 3 College Football program.

Depends on how well you do, and what colleges you apply to. If your are the very strong 280 I would say around 50%, if your just a blob around 10%.
