What does the poster is Jim's bedroom mean?

In the episode, "email surveillance" of season 2 of the office, in Jim's bedroom there is a poster on the wall with a sun and some icons and a math equation.

Does anyone have any idea what the meaning really is? Interpret please :)

    Jim? Oddly enough, there may be more than one Jim on TV. Which "Jim" do you mean?
