My parents are driving me crazy?

So, I'm 14 and I have overprotective parents. They're not the types that solve their kids problems or anything, I'd say that they are overprotective/neglectful. I'm stuck in the house all day with my little brother and sister, because if I ever ask them to go anywhere, then they'll start yelling at me and make a big deal out of it, as if I asked them to go to a strip club or something. The only places I go are home and school. Even if I go outside to get the mail, they'll make a big deal out of it, and ask me a bunch of questions. This whole summer, I have been stuck in the house, I haven't been anywhere more than 1 mile outside my house. But it's mainly my father. He is so lazy. He doesn't work, or do anything! He mooches off my moms money since she's the only one that works, and sometimes he ask's me and my sister for money too. He goes out everyday and when he comes home, all he does is order us around and scream at us every time we do something. The house is filled with unnecessary crap because he's a hoarder. Both of my parents aren't from America, but they've lived here for a long time, yet every time my father has a legal paper to fill out or something, he hands it to me, as if I know what to do. And if I say that I don't understand what to do, he screams at me, and calls ME dumb or stupid, but then again he yells at me for everything I do, even sleeping. I believe that sheltering me in the house like this is messing me up mentally. I just want to leave.
