Bugs 3 is connected to serversfree and the login button is at the very bottom, also, it says that you can't use it because they're updating the file manager but if you just hit "hosting" you can create/remove hosts.
If you meant free web hosting service with no ads and full domains, no such things bro... no such thing...

There are only few site who provide free web hosting services with no ads, they also focus on ads but it's upto you, If you have any problem with ads then they will not allow any ads to your. You are asking for the web hosting services for free at-least they will charge few bucks to their services.
