My neighbor's BBQ smells wafting down... don't know what meat is on his grill but it sure smells good !

And when my daughter-in-law fries chicken, she takes a pod of garlic, crushes it without even peeling it and drops it in to the skillet with the chicken pieces... it gives off a most wonderful aroma.

She tells me that when I am chopping up fresh herbs, especially cilantro, it fills the kitchen with a mysterious fragrance.
