How to make dairy free buns?
Hi.
I want to bake some dairy free buns for a burger. I cannot for the life of me find a dairy free recipe and I can seem to find is Gluten Free (Which admittedly have next to no dairy in them). However I don't want a gluten free bun, I want a dairy free bun, is this even possible?
Does anybody have a link to a YouTube clip or a recipe?
10 points will be given.
Thanks.

Use almond, soy or rice milk in place of the milk in any recipe. It might affect the flavor slightly, but it probably won't be noticable once baked. You can use the same volume of any non-dairy milk for what is called out in the recipe.
