My email has numbers and letters that I did not put in. Is this a virus how do I fight virus?

Who is your email with? Have you checked with the email company? If it's been hacked, then so has your email.

I'd suggest you quickly quit that particular email acct and set up a new one, changing all your passwords. Let people know you've moved on to new email address, and maybe a new email company. Becauses they've got all your stuff now, the bad guys that is.

Happened to my bro, luckily, they didn't do anything nasty to his acct. Just sent out some emails to people in his address book, and it was more of a prank. But he changed his email acct, got new one, and new passwords. He's been fine for years.

You have to print out your email and put it in the microwave for 14mins and that'll kill the virus for you
