Need a VA lender that will accept a 584 fico, no debt, above average salary, small loan: 140-160k?

Need info ASAP.

    So no good credit huh? Sounds like everything on your credit is bad since you have no open debt. VA doesn't care, but there is no lender going to take the risk sorry to say. You need to clean up the credit & get score to at least a 620.

    Clean up your credit reports first.
