Does Virginia still prohibit alcohol sale to Homosexuals?
A while back, I was told that Virginia prohibited alcohol sales to homosexuals. Not sure how they enforced it, but... This was the reason, I'm told, that gay bars are "member's only." The way they could by-pass the law.
Also, you cannot have alcohol sales where there is any nudity, such as in strip clubs/bars.
Your thoughts, input, ideas?
Not joking here. A gay friend of mine informed me of this (for homosexuals) law. The other, well, I had to enforce and there have been raids, or were.
Just thinking this needs to be looked into.
