Have you ever seen someone so genuinely beautiful that you feel pain from inside your chest?

I recently came across this one gentlemen who is three years older than me but every time I look at him I get this ache in my chest like a really bad pain and I don't understand why. I mean you can go on any site or look around the beach or water park and see loads of "hot dudes" but when I see this one person he stands out from the crowd and I have a really bad chest pain from it and I don't understand why. Yeah some consider him "hot" but he is genuinely beautiful and I can't seem to not think about him which just brings back these frickin pain which I think I'll put a heating pad on it or something because it really does hurt. What do you think of this and did something like this ever happen to you? How did these play out for you?
