An icon is a legend; someone who's been there for years and has become synonymous with greatness. If you're looking for the person called "The Icon", that's Sting.
An icon can be any legend, such as The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, etc.

For example Andre The Giant, Hogan, Undertaker, HBK, Bret Hart, SCSA, THE ROCK, Randy Savage, Ric Flair and John Cena
