Some Love issues?
I am in love with a girl, I haven't told her because I know it wouldn't work, long distance, and I know she doesn't like me back, and I have a horrible feeling of depression, my dad and his dad have clinical depression, and my dad's mom has severe depression too, I think it's genetic, or my family is just really sad. And I just want the feeling to go away, it's killing me.

Don't just suppress the feeling until it goes numb. Please approach it. Get it off your chest. Talk to her and tell her because no matter what she says it will be closure which will make you feel better. As for the depression, don't think that just because you're family is prone to it, you'll be stuck with it. You can control yourself. Force yourself to pick up and do things. Smile and remember it's all a mind game. Depression is a man diagnosed disease that we labeled to make ourselves feel better. You can beat it and have the best life ever

Talk to your parents about it. They already have experience with this as they have obviously delt with it. They are your family and they will support and love you through it. If this girl poses too much of a problem i think its best you try not to have as strong of feelings for her. Be honest with your parents and trust them.
