Front Treble Hooks digging into my rapala's body?

Hi guys,

i bought 2 rapala magnum CD9 recently and have been trolling them at a speed of 5-6 knots. However, i've noticed that both rapalas have a problem of their hooks digging into the body and making 2 slits by the side. The front trebles are doing this. Clearly, one of them is worse. I troll both of them at the same time and one has obviously more damage due to the hook scratching against it.

Is this a problem of my trolling speed or method? Oh, and i'm using 30lb, American wire leader.

If i remove the front trebles, will it affect the movement of the lure? Will my hook up rates and cut off rates be better if i switch to fluro after removing the front trebles?
