What is zero multiplied by infinity ?

Undefined. infinity is not a number. Infinity does not equal anything else, not even itself. the laws of addition and multiplication hold for natural numbers, infinity isn't a natural number.

∞×0=∞ . ∞×0=lim x→∞ (x×1/x)=1. Different Value. Means, Infinity can't be treated as a natural number.

∞/∞, ∞*0, 0/0, ∞^0 are indeterminate forms. No numerical representation exists as its answer. ∞ isn't a number and division by 0 is baseless. They can't be calculated without more information. In some concepts, we assume ∞*0 = 0 but that doesn't applies everywhere.

Implies, ∞ = x / 0

X can be anything.

you cannot associate a unique value to ∞×0. It really depends on the problem at hand.

We tried this once, in collage, by writing code in assembly on an Intel 387 math chip. The chip can recognize positive and negative infinity.

The result was zero regardless if you multiply by positive infinity or negative infinity.

I do not remember all the details because we did this back in 1993.
