Where can I find jeans with built-in adjustable strap?

Update:

I own two pairs of Lee brand "just below the waist" jeans that have built-in, adjustable, elastic belt straps inside (like a lot of kids' pants have as they grow). They have worked wonders as I lose weight. I am now looking for the next size down and cannot find them anywhere. Does anyone know what this is called or where I can find them?

Update 2:

I need a website for them or something. I got them at Kohl's originally, but they are not there anymore. They do not keep stock of the same items in each location. And I have not been able to find them online let alone on ebay.

    I think you can get them at Jc Penney, because I had those when I was younger, but I don't know about adults...
