If Catholic priest break Gods law does that make them atheist?
When a Catholic priest does evil without considering God consequences that must mean he does not believe in God enough to respect his laws and maybe he has just infiltrated the church for his own interest.

No, it makes him a sinner. We are all sinners in thought, word and deed. Pray for us. God bless!

Most priests I know of are very holy people. It seems when a priest does something wrong many are waiting in the back so they can cry "Hypocrite!". I can feel the Holy Spirit when my priest speaks, I think he is a saint already. There was a little girl at our church that had stage IV cancer and we all prayed for her for about 6 months and she was healed. New priests are also coming out of our church. The Holy Spirit is strong. Many priests are living saints

So when you sin then you are an atheist? That makes no sense whatsoever. That would mean that most of the people in the Bible including the Apostles were atheists. I see your point but I don't think you understand the definition of an atheist. An atheist isn't someone who has doubts or forgets God on occasion, but rather is someone who says there is no god. They aren't open to the possibility of God. If they were they would be agnostic.
One can believe in God and still sin against him, just like one can be married and still sin against their spouse because we are weak at times in temptation. Someone who sins against their spouse does not forget their spouse exists. Rather they are even more conscious of them since their conscience will convict them of wrong doing such that they must seek reconciliation in order to have any peace of mind.
Jesus said the one who loves him will obey his commandments.
"Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.- Jesus

It makes them a sinner and subject to the same path for forgiveness that applies to non- priests. Does an atheist doing a good deed for another person make them spiritual (as good deeds are often cited in the bible)?

where does this assumption come from as it doesn't even make sense. just because someone sins or breaks God's law does not make them an atheist. everyone from time to time sins, that doesn't mean they believe or don't believe in God. most of the "man made laws" mirror God's laws.

No, it makes them human. We all sin. That doesn't mean we don't believe God exists. It means we need to be sorry and try harder.
I find it interesting you can answer you're own question.

Obviously not since every human being breaks God's laws, including people who absolutely believe in God, and would die rather than reject Him.

Come on give me something I can use! Does he actually believe in God To not sin? Or is he just there to fill a void!

That priest is just a sinner not an atheist.

It is illogical to put priests with atheists together especially there are loads of pedo priests.
