Who's more reckless, Scorpio Plutos or Sagittarius Plutos?

Neither I don't think Pluto rules recklessness. You would want to look to Mars or Uranus. Well considering Signs both Mars and Uranus in Scorpio would be less reckless than Sagittarius Mars or Uranus just due to the nature of the sign.
