    If you want to target the thigh area then do Heel raises, Lunges, Squats,... Also do Yoga if you can. It really helps! Finally, have a good, healthy diet every day! I have a detailed, step-by-step ways to lose leg at my blog, so if you're interested, be sure to check them out!

    Weightlifting it's more affective than cardio and no it won't make you bulky. Look up weight lifting for weight loss

    You cannot lose weight from one area of your body. You can tone those muscles, though.
