How likely is it that I can get tapeworms from eating Pho?

A popular Pho dish is the one with raw beef, and it gets cooked as you put it into your bowl with the hot soup. I recently had Pho for takeout and by the time I made it back home I guess the hot soup wasn't as hot as it was before. As I poured it over the raw beef, it cooked "most" of it, but not entirely. Some of the beef pieces were still pinkish and when I bit into it I could feel it was still a bit squishy and not entirely cooked. I'm not talking red and completely raw, it was mostly cooked, but the interior was still somewhat raw and pink in some of the pieces.

This was about a week ago. I also just read up that tapeworms are most likely to come from uncooked beef. And a symptom of tapeworms is that people feel very hungry more than usual. Well I feel like I've become unusually very hungry these past few days, and I rarely feel full after a meal anymore. I don't know if it's because I recently read up on tapeworms that I'm being overly paranoid now, or if my suspicions are valid. Is this worth checking out?

You're paranoid. People eat medium rare and rare steak all the time.
