What can be done about level 7 users that keep changing the category you posted your question to?

You can't know who moves your questions, but may suspect someone and can write to the Answer's Team and ask them to look into that.

In the meantime think if the L7 is correct. In the occasional case I see one I will suggest it is posted elsewhere and say where, after I have answered the Question.

All you can do is to shift it elsewhere yourself

When level 7 move your question,you can move them right back by going to edit category.

Just move your questions back where you originally posted them. You can still do that even at a low level.

Absolutely nothing, sorry. Until/unless staff steps in and takes action, all that can be done is that each person must assume the responsibility of moving their own questions back where they belong - and conscientious Level 7 users need to move things they see misplaced back where they belong as well. Many of us DO use that ability properly, despite many users "dumping" their trash violations into THIS category (Yahoo Answers) in an effort to get things reported. I hate living in someone else's trash dump.

Frankly, I quit doing that after being docked 5000 points, along with a threat of suspension.
