I have to assume that you exist, but in truth I only know that I (in some form) exist. Everything outside of our own existence is only assumption. Our perceptions could be lies, and essentially endless possibilities exist as to what the world is, to what we in truth are. That being said this reality feel quite real, and without any evidence to oppose it I must except it (in life if not in thought). So you are likely real and likely share the same thoughts and perceptions, to some degree, as whatever individual you deem a decent test.

Since I don't know you, YOUR world cannot be real.
As for knowing if people feel pain the same, you can ask the same question about colors. You both look at green. You both say its green. But you might be seeing two totally different colors -- but that SAME color has always been green to both of you.

It's real enough. If you believe in "morphs", however, then i suggest you pay a visit to the psychology or mental health forum.

"Reality" is defined by our perceptions. "Actuality" is defined by objective criteria. ... Therefore everyone has their own sense of "reality", while "actually" they live in the same world.
