Help screens popping up before laptop shuts down...?
Laptop feels like it's getting hot. Then if I'm on the internet, Chrome Welcome help comes up, then the laptop will shut itself down. If I'm not on the internet, Microsoft help comes up then the laptop wil shut itself down...

I think it is when they are a couple of years old
Possibly with a build up of dust inside as mine seems to be doing it now
(3yr old laptop)
Not like my desk top which I dust out on a regular basis and is a lot older but does not have this problem
I keep on saying that I should open this up to dust it out and see if it works any better
So maybe you should try that I am going to do it one day
