Isn't it correct?
Every single thing is either a partial or a full solution to some other thing/situation. So, 'solution' is the most transcendent thing, which also solves the problem of its own creation and sustenance. This 'solution' solves all the problems since it's beyond everything.
Any thing or event is a product/solution of either a law/rule, or pure randomness/uncertainty.
A law or pure randomness/uncertainty (or mixture of both) are the answers/solutions to the questions that actually need NO asker: "What is there? Why? How?"
So each thing is a 'solution'.

A solution only solves the "problem" of its own creation if there is a problem that needs solving in the first place. It is faulty logic , for example, to say that the universe exists because it solved the problem of its non-existence. How, exactly, can that be considered a problem? Does something that doesn't exist have a need to exist? No. because things that don't exist don't have needs or desires. So, to answer your question directly, no, not ALL things are a solution to something.

I'd need to have the vaguest clue what you mean by solution. Chemical solution? pair bond (like shovels and snow?) consequence or cause (death is the solution to overtaxation?)
A premise this vague is an exercise in word play. It doesn't have any real meaning.

Solution means not only solved the problem. It mean try to understand the problem. Because we became ready for that kind of difficulty when we face next time in future........
