Why do i cry for no reason? (Almost Every night) And do i need a psychologist or something?
So... when i listen to sad music or watch an emotional video, then i start to cry .. alot... i don't see or feel a reason... i don't understand why... i just do... maby it's the music ... but yesterday i freaked out... with no reason at all, i cried for about 4 hours... i couldnt sleep... i was feeling my heart so broken ... i was feeling too much pain, but i don't have a reason, i had a great night with my friends, i don't have a gf so i don't understand why... it happents to me very often ... =/ here is some of my music... (maby it is the music after all)

uummm i forgot to mention that this isn't just a phase... i've been through it like ... ummm 3 years or so...
and the reason i havn't gone to a psychologist is that i don't want to accept that i have depression... not me...

We all have our ups & downs in life. Maybe you're going through a tough time now. Maybe you just need a good cry to make yourself feel better. Dont let it bring you down totally. The harder you fall, the stronger you get standing up.

If certain music makes you sad, don't listen to it. I don't think anything is wrong with you. A good cry is needed every now and then, but not often. Maybe you should just stick with positive uplifting music/movies etc.

Your suffering from depression. You can get medication from your family doctor. There is no need to see a psychiatrist at all, especially when there doesn't seem to be a reason for it. Its just a chemical imbalance in your brain and its treatable.

i do too but i have no idea so just let it happen or see a therapist
