How does a gay wedding work?

Pretty much like any other wedding.

1. is there two best men??

Maybe. Just like any other wedding attendants can be of any gender.

2.is there 2 grooms or how does the minister address them??

If it is two men, then they are both grooms.

3.Do they kiss?

Sometimes. I have been to gay weddings where they just embrace. Because of negative reactions, many gay men are reluctant to show too much affection in public even when surrounded by supporting friends and family.

4.Other details?

There isn't that much different. Most gay weddings are not that different from straight ones.
