Do a goats have blue eyes as babies?

Two of our goats which were born a few days ago have blue eyes. But will they stay like that or will they change color as they mature?

    Yes, just about ALL mammals have blue eyes when born. Most will change over the next months. I don't know of any goats that have blue eyes as adults.
