Give me ferret cage suggestions?
I got two ferrets a couple weeks ago and they came with their cages. They're no good and easily escapable.
I've been looking for new cages since I got them but I'm too afraid I'll make a wrong choice.
Can you give me a link to your favorite cage and explain why?
I really need them not to escape! They get out more than four hours a day, they're just a little naughty. :p

The image is of the cage I own. It is super easy to clean, really big, and virtually escape proof. As long as you close the doors they can't get out. You can get the single, double, or triple version. It is not exactly a cheap costing cage but it is totally worth the money. Presently I own two ferrets and have the two level (The one in the middle).
As far as ferret cages go, I'd say this is for sure one of the best cages you can find. It is called the Ferret Nation. You can google it to see what it typically costs. Some pet stores might carry it, such as Petsmart or Petco. You can buy it online (That's what I did) and you can usually find it for a decent price. I paid $160 for mine when it usually retails for $200+
I really love this cage because of just how easy it is to clean. It has wide double doors (The entire face opens up) allowing complete access to it.

I agree with Sil. You can't go wrong with ferret nation cages. They're the best one out there that I know of and many suggest it. You can probably get them cheaper online, look around. =)
You want taller ones with levels, the single leveled cages are just add-ons, they need more space. The bigger the better, but they are costly, so I'd suggest getting a double frst, and over time add to it so you don't break your bank. ^_~
Ferret nation cages are very easy to clean, have good space in them for beds and stuff, you can add on to them over time. Double doors, you wont be on the floor reaching through small holes trying to clean it, I've never heard of any escaping and I know some rather famous Houdini's!
The Kaytee cages are an ok choice. I've had one for two years, but as ok as it is, it's a little small in my opinion for two ferrets so I'm working on a ferret nation set up as well and would fully recommend it. This cage is less roomey, harder to clean since you have to crawl through foot wide holes to clean it out...but it's harder to escape(never had an issue if I make sure the bars are shut tight). Doesn't have storage like the ferret nation cages often do though...kinda a pain, but it's not a BAD cage either. Cheaper than Ferret Nation Cages, usually, but still costly.
