Does anyone actually know WHY it feels like your period is about to start when you are actually pregnant (around the time the period is due, I mean). I don't mean the stretching/tugging feelings, I mean more the feelings that the uterus is full of blood and ready to let the flow start.

The crampy feeling that your getting is your uterus stretching & preparing for the baby (: good luck! If the cramps are extreme and followed by blood.. go to the ER ASAP!
