What is the difference between a Paypal Premier account and Paypal Merchant account? ?

Update:

Hi

I am in the process of upgrading to a premier account with Paypal so buyers can purchase my book via my weebly website.

I now see that Paypal have a merchant account – what is the difference? What can I do with a Merchant account that I cannot with a normal Premier account?

Many thanks in advance for replies 

here's a really outrageus idea. Why not, I dunno, ask Paypal what the difference is? They are ever-so-slightly more likely to understand it than us random strangers who don't have either kind of account.

If you wish to accept credit cards, I suggest utilizing Payanywhere. They have the cheapest commission rates. They have no set up or monthly expenses. I have been taking credit cards with them for more than 5 years and I'm very happy with the service. You should check it out at: http://is.gd/payanywhere
