During a 6 hour Deposition..?
Update:
...is it alright to bring in bottles of water and meal bars so I can stay hydrated and fed. I have been through one, my first, and I was hungry and thirsty after the first four hours. The next deposition is in a couple of weeks, most probably another 6 to 8 hours, and I do not want to repeat the experience.
