What is 24:00pm midnight?
I entered a design competition and the deadline is 24:00 on the 15th (this Friday). I asked the organizers for clarification on whether it was due on the morning of the 15th (technically Thursday midnight/Friday morning) or if it's due Friday evening at midnight. She simply replied by saying the deadline is 24:00pm midnight.
Maybe it's because I'm not too familiar with using the 24 hour clock but does anyone know for sure which it is? Thanks.
UPDATE in response to my first 3 answers: I'm not sure if you guys are being facetious or not, but I understand the technical definition of what 24:00 is (12am). My question is at which end of the day do they mean? The deadline is on the 15th at 12am (24:00). But I interpret that as either when the 15th begins (morning) or when the 15th ends (midnight). I would like clarification on that, if anyone knows.

24:00 is the end of the day. a.m. & p.m is not written when using the 24-hour clock because the time is already self-explanatory. 00:00 in the 24-hour clock is the beginning of a new day, that is how midnight is split so we can ascertain what is meant when a date is included. From this, it is then easy to deduce that your deadline is due by midnight on the 15th. See the time chart here for your own clarification:

The 24 hour clock goes to 23:59
and then 00:00 is midnight, the
next movement of the hands take
it to 00;01 which is the first minute
of the morning.
In the morning you have 11:59am
the next movement takes the hands
to 12:00. Once it passes 12:00 say
to 12:01 it is pm afternoon.
Have a look at the Wikipedia entry for the 24 hour clock
below:

No matter what you are told here, you really need to have
it clarified from the competition organisers as soon as
possible.

It's the time between 23:59 (11:59pm) and 00:00 (Midnight)
It's when tomorrow becomes today and today is history.
