I have an AAS degree in electronics and worked as an outside service technician (not in TV repair) for 25 years. If you have an answer, tell me. I will not kill myself. I want to change the re-set breaker and power supply capacitors because the TV (at times) trips the breaker when it is turned on.Thanks.

You don't. ESPECIALLY if you have to ask how to do it.
If you have a degree in electronics and can't figure out how to use a screwdriver, it would be downright irresponsible for anyone here to give you any further information.
