Building muscle for a 15 year old male?
Hi, I'm 15, 5'8, and 168.
I have stopped drinking soda and replaced it with water and an occasional Monster energy drink (0 calories and surgar) and I have also started eating much healthier and ended my addiction to chips. In the past week and a half I have lost roughly 5 lbs and still working on it. The problem is I play Xbox all day and I don't exercise at all. I'm trying to find an exercise routine or workout routine that will help me lose weight and build some muscle. I'm out of shape and I would much prefer an exercise I could do in the comfort of my room and without and weights.

You do realize that the fake sugar in Monster is 500 times worse for you than real sugar, right?
You're young. Wait until your body finishes developing before you try to build muscle.

You could buy an exercise bike or treadmeal or do exercie without machines like going out for a jog, doign push ups, sit ups, etc.
