WiFi connection problem?
Hey guys..I have this weird problem. i can connect to dorms wifi but very slow connection. my room mates laptop can connect and its fast. i dont know whats the cause of this. i already update my wifi driver, and it says the driver is on date. do you think it has something to do with the router? or does it have priority in terms of connecting..... Thanks :)

If you are able to detect your WiFi router and connect with it entering password (hope its password protected) then there is no issues with the router.
If you are unable to detect it, then you will have to configure your router with your laptop connecting with a cable. Kindly update your question on the router model so that we can guide you with configuration.
If it does connect and browser shows no connection, try rebooting the router and your laptop, in computer networks manager right click on your WiFi name and select forget it. Detect it again and connect with password.

you need to reset your browser. if it is still not working then you need to clean your computer and then increase the channel on your wireless router.
