hello i have bought yesterday finalfantasy xiv ps4 version, i have inserted the disk and i have downloaded the ffxiv launcher, however?

Update:

when i redeem the promotion code inside the disk package on the ps store it tells me that it has already been used help i still cant enter the game :(

    If that however is referring to something along the lines of payment, then yes, it does require a monthly(or however often) payment on top of purchasing the game
