Weather-wise, you should be fine. But make sure that the two florals don't clash or make the outfit seem too busy. Don't forget to accessorize!

I wish I could get some floral boots. But I'll have to wait, as currently I'm saving my money to dye my hair.

Are the shorts floral or solid? As far as the weather, you should be okay, I believe, as you said the shirt was sleeveless. If the warmth question was more in reference to the boots, it's a matter of what you're comfortable with and how long you would be wearing them.

I think you should go with your floral sleeveless collared shirt with dark bottoms say shorts/skirts. Make a contrasting combination. The boots will definitely suit u as you planned! have fun :)
