I personally know many Canadians who are doing that very thing.
If you intend to keep your free medical from the Canadian Government then you have to be in Canada for 6 months AND one day.
If you do NOT want the free medical you can stay here all year & have your check direct deposited here if you are married.
Before you come see if you can still get your Philippine Citizenship & passport. That way you do NOT have to be married. Plus no visa needed.
If you get really sick you can go back to Canada & after a 2 month (I think) waiting period you can go back on the free medical.

We have 3 or 4 show up at our expat meeting here in the Philippines every week. So yes you can. Most derect deposit in Canada then set up a pay pow acount and debit card for here and do all electronically. Over 65 you can get a retirment Visa or live here a year and get a resident Visa. Some argument on what is best there

Most of the people here said yes, but I doubt it or do not say no. Why would Canada allow your old age pension be spent outside Canada? You are depriving Canada of the return of its investment back to their native land if you spent your retirement to other countries. You should be spending them inside Canada not in other countries that you prefer or like.

Unless someone can add a government reference beside their answer no one here has answered the question. These are only worthless opinions and not we we are looking for. So here is the question again. If you live outside Canada full-time can you still collect 100% of your two pensions?

Certainly. Many Canadians retire in foreign countries. You can have the check direct deposited into your Canadian bank account and take out the money as needed with your ATM card where you are living. Thousands of people do this.
